Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using InvoiceFormly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using the service

The free tier is intended for reasonable personal and business use. Automated scraping or bulk automated generation is prohibited.

You retain full ownership of all invoice data and the PDFs you generate.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly through PayPal and can be cancelled at any time from your account.

Access continues through the end of the current billing period after cancellation. Refunds are generally not provided for partial months.

Billing, cancellations & refunds

Pro is billed in advance on a monthly cycle through PayPal. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Because Pro is a low-cost, instantly-available subscription, payments are generally non-refundable once the period has started. If you were charged in error or believe a refund is warranted, email us from your account address and we will review it case by case.

We do not store your card or PayPal login. All billing is handled by PayPal, and any dispute can also be raised directly with PayPal.

Intellectual property

You own the content you create. InvoiceFormly owns the software, brand, and website, and licenses them to you for use under these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, such as generating excessive invoices for spam or fraudulent purposes.
